Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I was charged with 2 misdemeanors. One was shoplifting under a hundred dollars and the other was posession of marijuana. I also had a warrant for shoplifting. So i actually have 2 shoplifting and a posession charge. Am i looking at any jail time or just probation and fines

That depends on the court and the judge. Usually probation & fines, but not always.
