If you're charged with 2nd degree murder in an 1 year old cold case. You have been in custody since 09/11/2015 and the case still being held in magistrate court, but you keep getting setback. You had a preliminary hearing, then your next court date is set for "rule to show cause", you then get setback 2 months later.
It states as follows: Rule to show cause
Result: setback
Reason: Premature
What does the word "premature" means in this case?
