If you were charged and the person dropped the charges , what will happen from there ?

The right to prosecute does not belong to the victim/accuser but to the State. All crimes are crimes against the "peace and dignity of the State." The decision to prosecute, or not, belongs to the District Attorney for the Parish where the alleged offense occurred.
