I was charged with shoplifting at Walmart & entering after being forbidden. I am guilty of the first charge but do not know of what the other charge is. Should I plea guilty or not guilty?

Assuming you are referring to the forbidden entry provision, a business can have a policy that restricts entry by certain individuals or groups. This usually is a result of someone getting caught shoplifting, causing a disturbance or some other act that the business deems not appropriate or unlawful.
Even if you are not on a restricted list, a business has the right to order you to leave the premises, if you do not comply, you can be charged and arrested for failure to leave as directed.
