Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
cHARGES
i HAVE A FRIEND THAT WAS DISMISSED FROM HIS EMPLOYMENT AFTER 14 YEARS OF SERVICE. hE WAS DISMISSED FOR vIOLATION OF cODE OF cONDUCT, vIOLATION OF cONFLICT AND FRAUD. IS THERE A LIMITATRION ON TIME LIMIT FOR THE COMPANY TO CHARGE HIM WITH THESE CRIMES.

This really is not a criminal law matter because the government is not proceeding against him with a goal of punishment.
That being said it is a real legal question.
Louisiana is an "at will" termination state. That means that an employer can pretty much terminate any employee for any reason at all (except for reasons that might be considered discrimination).
