Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I had a check for under $100 bounce and was arrested, detained for 12 hours and released on my own recognizance. I was ordered to repay the check amount and fees, and had to meet with a parole officer three times a week for 6 months. How di I get my record expunged?
