Convicted Felons traveling out of country
I was recently granted an Article 893, and I am in the process of getting my record expunged. Can I travel out of the country

Yes, once the 893 was granted, the charges against you were dismissed, so you are not a convicted felon. However, I never thought convicted felons were forbidden from travelling abroad as long as they can get a passport.
