Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I was convicted of felony theft becasue i stopped pay on a check $7,574 after I overpaid a crooked contractor in the after math of Hurricane Katrina. i aske thi sontractor to return this check. He refused. I stopped pay, approsximately 3 weeks later the contractor turned this check into an electronic item, and got the money from my account. Icomplained to my credit union. They had me come in and complete a forgery affidavit( wrong form) to disspute the bad transaction, and replace the money to my account. The contractor used this form against me, aying I said he forged my name, and stole his labor by placing a stop pay on the check. the D A didn't bother to investigate. i was arrested, charged, and eventually convicted. This was a civil contractual matter, the contracted wasn't licensed or bonded to work in the state of Louisiana. He never finished my home, etc. The lawyer i had argued this was a contractula dis pute and did not belong in a criminal cour. my credit union wrote a letter of apology to the court, and to probation and parole amitting it was their fausl, and they hd given me this document in error, and didn't stop the check. My conviction remains. i have been turned by the 1st circuit of Appeals, and recently the LA Supreme Court. I can prove that I am actually innocent, and wan toknow cans I file an actual innocent Motion, oppose to Post Conviction Relief, because the prosecutor and district Judge has it in for me because I filed a complaint against them for falsely arresting me, and the judge for covering for him.I can prove everything I have said and more. If I can file an actual innocence to get around having to appear in his court. Can I file it at the U S disrict level, or the U S Supreme Court. My petiton is on Change.org" Investigate, Punish, Malicious Prosecutions,Convictions in Louisiana, USA. The lawyers want your money but are afraid of this court. Please let me hear from you soon.

Best answer would be you can file for an expungement. If you think there was a criminal conspiracy between the court and prosecution you can contact the federal authorities.
