Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

Crime?
My son's father did not want to give me more children so I got another sperm donor from someone else and tried for 2 months. My son's father( TIM) decided and wanted to give me another child so he has been giving me the sperm, ( How we do it) He got his sperm out and leave it in the bowl and I used injector to put it in my vagina. That how we got 1st son. I did not get preg for few months and Tim suggested me to see dr so I did. Dr said I can get preg and Dr gave me the clomids pills ( produce more eggs). We tried for 2 years. After we agrued, I got email from him that he confessed that he was been giving fake sperm. He said in the email that he would never give me the real sperm! I am upset because he did that to prevent me to get more children. If he does not want to give me another child, he can have said NO and I can have another sperm donor. I feel that it is a crime. He took out my life for 2 years that I had been emotions and frustration why I did not get preg. Also If it is fake sperm, he allowed me put (what is it) in my vagina without know what is it. Is it crime??

Since you apparently suffered no harm from the substance I am aware of no crime.

Filing a lawsuit based on these facts would probably be more awkward & embarrassing for you than it would be worth.
