if a criminal record is expunged is it literally completely destroyed?
i am trying to gain access to a record of an incident about myself. i plead no contest to simple battery. the court record is expunged is it totally destroyed?
is the police record destroyed s well?

No it is not ever destroyed. It will merely show it has been expunged.
