Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I have a criminal record. i have been medically diagnosed with a multiple personality disorder. i'm a recovering drug addict. i'm a veteran. i have successfully completed 4 programs through the va. i was wondering if there is a way to clear my record due to my disorder. i don't remember committing the crimes. i've never been in trouble before. i am a convicted felon due to one of my crimes. it was embezzlement. i have a warrant in two states. my diagnosis came after my crimes. can this be thrown out because of my mental condition?

The issue would/should have been brought up at the time of the court proceedings. But your diagnosis may be part of your defense in the matters not yet handled
