Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
cyberstalking
My 17 year old daughter, a Freshman @ Southeastern University in Hammond, Louisiana was charged by 'campus' police with cyberstalking. She doesn't have a record, didn't get served, just got a ticket with a court appearence date for March 22nd, 2007.
She posted a 'joke' e-mail to a fellow student on their face wall website in December and now the individual is feeling threatened by it.
Please advise

Re: cyberstalking
I suggest she get a lawyer who practices criminal defense. This can get serious.
