How to deny a motion
If a client or defendant moves for a motion to change all personnel and attorneys because he believes that the court has a bias opinion, what can the prosecutor do to make the judge/courts deny his motion?

Re: How to deny a motion
First, the prosecution has the right to oppose any defense motion, and the defendant has to prove bias before the court will order anyone off of a case.
Second, if the defendant wants to fire his retained lawyer, he can. If he wants to fire an appointed lawyer, he must convince the court to approve that move.
