This very much depends on what court you are in. It also depends on your prior convictions.
Federal courts are required to consider the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, which are presumed reasonable. Multiple factors are considered, the most important being the drug quantity and the criminal history. That quantity of methamphetamine may carry a statutory minimum sentence of 10 years. If convicted of "Possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug offense", then an additional 5 year sentence would apply.
In Louisiana State Court the penalty is 2 to 30 years in the penetentary.
