Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
drugs
My husband has recently been charged with cocaine possesion. The drugs were found on someones roof. He was walking our dog around the same area police then came to our house about an hour later trying to accuse him of the drugs that a man said my husband put there. Could he be convicted of these drugs that were found? because i thought possesion was nined tenths of the law and none of this was foiund in his possesion

Re: drugs
If there was a creditable witness who saw him put it there, then yes he could be convicted of it. You mentioned in another post that he was on parole. What were those charges?
