Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
My ex employer is trying to say that I used my company debit card for things that I was not supposed to, is that a civil or crimminal matter? How can I prove it to be a false accuation?

It can be both. You should have copies of receipts and what they were for and this should be sufficient for either proceeding. It cannot prevent you from being fired however. It should be sufficient for any unemployment hearing.
