Falsely accused of sexual abuse

Dad is accused of molesting his 6 yr old daughter and presently in jail on 500,000 bond. Daughter gave tape to OCS ''disclosing'' after over an hour, dolls, and pictures to help her memory. Child examined at Children's. No physical evidence. Child has recanted. Two older brothers have come forward and admitted child say x rated movie that they snuck from Dad's dresser. (Dad works construction on the road and takes it with him). Detective lied at prelim exam saying that child porn was recovered from house. Mom (who signed the arrest warrant and turned over porn) says that no child porn, just adult. Mom has since tried to withdraw charges and talk to ADA and OCS, but they ignore her and do not return calls or requests for appointments. Mom has never been interviewed about child's personality, characteristics, etc. Dad passed a polygraph. Arrested July 21, and no arraignment until Sept. 3. In jail in rural parish in Louisiana, so of course, he is already guilty. Does this family stand a chance?

Seek a good criminal defense lawyer. There need to be extensive psychological evaluations of the child and the father. I don't know exactly what the father is charged with. You have a long hard fight ahead.
