how long does it take to clear a convicted felon record

First you have to determine whether it can be cleared. If it can, then you have to determine what paperwork needs to be prepared, and whether the DA will or will not oppose it. Then you will have to look at the court's docket to see when you can have a hearing if a hearing is necessary. Then you will know how long it will take. Should all be aligned, 15 days is not unheard of, but 60 to 90 days is also not unheard of.
