Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I had a felony conviction. It was dismissed and full aquittal two years later. What does this mean for me? Do I get all my rights back now? Right to bear arms etc.. Robert

Your question is confusing. If you had a conviction, how was it dismissed and you were acquitted. These are separate and disparate outcomes. If you were charged with a felony and then later found not guilty or acquitted, then you have lost no rights. If you were convicted of a felony and then received a pardon, you regain lost rights.
