Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
If someone was found guilty of check forgery in South Carolina, how would one go about finding the records of this person , dates etc. This person is now living in Louisiana at my mother's house and we are concerned about what we found out from him.

You should be able to get the information from the clerk of court of the county where he was convicted. You could also hire a private investigator to do a criminal and/or civil background check.
