Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I was found guilty of a crime and served my sentance for it. Just before I was released I got my court file from the attorney that was representing me, in that file I found a statement could have proved me innocent or at lease showed reasonable doubt. I filed a Post Conviction Relief with the court before I was released including that document. Haven't heard from the court as of yet. My question is: If the court rules against me what would be my next course of action in trying to right this wrong in the court process ?
