Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Can I be found guilty in the state of Louisiana for cyber stalking because I text my childs father about our child even after he says stop? He never will talk to me about the welfare of our child. We have joint custody and he gets the child every other weekend. My child has special needs and takes medicine. He has even given the child the wrong medicine. The point is I have to constantly tell him about what needs to be done to take care of the child and raise the child right. He drinks around the child and he takes prescription drugs. He will not take the child to church and all he does with the child is fun stuff. I have to text or talk to him to make surehe gives the child the right medicine etc. He called police on me and I was charged with cyber stalking for texting him about our child when he did not want to hear it.
