Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
A friend of mine was convicted of drug charge and only have 1 1/2 left on parole. His parents are renewing their vows on a cruise and would like all of their children to be there. Is it possible for him to obtain a passport and get permission to travel to the US Virgin Island?

He needs to contact his probation/parole officer to get permission before travelling anywhere outside of the jurisdiction. If he was not ordered to relinquish his passport, he should be able to obtain one. First get permission from the PO
