Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Habeus Corpus
My husband was sentenced to 8 years in Louisiana DOC. His release date should have been 3/20/2009, however he has yet to be released. He's filed for Habeus Corpus twice and both times been denied. What can we do next?
