Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Help, being harrassed
An individual, (we are pretty positive who it is) has come on to my daughter's property twice and damaged their vehicles. Last night they spelled vulgar words with corrisives on both cars. The local police are sympathetic, but no hlep. They say that they have to be caught in the act. Meanwhile this is costing $1000s of dollars. What can we do?

I would consider surveillance cameras and other devices that would capture the otherwise invisible. The expense might be large but the property damage appears to be large also.
