when the jdge says no proper clause
what does that mean at the moton?
do I dtill have to go to court ?
the charge is illigal use of a fire arm.

I believe the judge might have said he found no probable cause. This is the reason stated by law enforcement as to why they arrested. A finding of no probable cause doesn't mean the charges are dropped.
