Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Juvenile Matters
My sons, ages 9 & 6 are being charged with trespassing and criminal damage to property. There were other children involved, but our local police are for some reason reluctant to indicate them. I offered to pay our share of the damage, however we must go to court. I'am now afraid that I will be held responsible for the full cost. Should I get a lawyer, and what kind?

A criminal lawyer who knows the local juvenile justice system would serve you best.
