Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

my son is in a federal suitation he was offered a
plea bargian but after the lawyer told him of it the lawyer is no where to be found my son has less than a day left to make a decision and take the plea bargian or not
but he can't do it without his lawyer and the lawyer is not responding to call even been to his home he is no where to be found what can we do if my son time run out to take it or what can we do about our lawyer

Call the judge's office and tell them about the missing lawyer.

Contact the Judge and the prosecutor, tell them your dilema and there should not be a problem.
