Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
If leasing a single Bay at a multiple bay warehouse and the owner is busted for growing pot in one of the other bays unbeknownst to me. Can the police seize my inventory as well?

Yes, but there is a hearing whereby you can show evidence that the property was yours. The court could order it returned.
