Is it legal to record a telephone conversation without the other parties consent for evidence and then use the recorded conversation at a later date in a court of law in the state of Louisiana?

Generally speaking if one of the participants in the call knows it is being taped, then it is legal. To be used in court would depend on whether it is a criminal or civil action and whether the person taping the call is a member of law enforcement.
