Dwi will probably stay on your record
I don't know the state law where you are or may be charged with this 5th offense, but usually it does not matter that you have served time for a 4th offense. Most states keep dwi convictions on your record for a long time, possibly for life. You must consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction for more specific information.
