Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Massage Email
Hi, I recently emailed a massagist ad on CraigsList. She responded back stating her quote. I then emailed her back with the following and I quote. ''are your massages sensual with full body contact''. The next day she responds by saying via email. ''Im a professional massagist. Any person inquiring about anything other then massage will have their email forworded to Shreveport, LA police assistant chief.''
So I guess my question is, Can i be prosecuted/arrested or any legal trouble for the email converstations of above. Thank you looking forward to your response.

Re: Massage Email
Maybe you should ask the Shreveport police.
Re: Massage Email
You might get charged. It would be harder to convict you. If the discussion was as you described it you asked for nothing illegal.
Considering the number of prostitution stings from craigslist, I would suggest a new approach to entertainment.
