If your misdemeanor case was dismissed do you qualify for a fee waiver for expungement filling. Also are both the arrest and the court records expunged

No, unfortunately, you will be required to pay a filing fee even if the case was dismissed. To expunge both the record of arrest and the record of the proceedings, it is necessary that you specifically state for both to be expunged in your motion and order.
