Criminal Law/Sobriety Tests

You should consult with an attorney in your local jurisdiction. In Maryland, the so-called"field sobriety tests" are give by the officerto determine whether he/she has "probablecause" to arrest you for drunk driving. Thebreathalyzer test is used to determine theBAC [blood-alcohol content] of a defendant.

In Maryland, prepare to go to jail for a fifthoffense for DWI/DUI. Maximum penalties here:$1,000.00 and/or 1 year in jail. You'd pro-bably get the max or near the max here absentextremely mitigating circumstances.
