Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
First offender rights
I am a first offender convicted of a felony. By LA law I received all my rights back except to bare arms. Which I can purchase 10 years off of parole.I know I cannot work for the government or state. My question is can I become a lawyer? Will the louisiana state bar allow first offender with all his rights be a lawyer?
