Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I was ordered to pay restitution for a home i constructed. the victim who accused me has passed away. now the victims son whom is 40 years old and was my "Partner" wants me to pay his mothers restituiton to him. He was not part of the agreement because he was my partner. Do I have to pay him on behalf of his mothers estate?

Only if there is a Judgment that orders YOU to pay her estate. And if he is her estate, then you owe him. I HE was part of the people who were ordered to PAY RESTITUTION, then he owes his percentage and you owe yours.
