pawning property of others
i let a man hold my pistol icould not keep at my house with understanding i could get it back when i ask for it it is registerd to my dad he gave me the gun and i have papers that show that. my dad has a felony charge pending and that is reason gun is not at house. the man pawned my gun is this not against the law?

Yes. Selling someone else's property is just like theft.....unauthorized use of a moveable at least......additionally, there are laws concerning the pawning of firearms, so that the pawn shop should have checked the serial number and could easily see the gun was not owned by the person pawning it.
