Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

Pending Felonys

Well I know someone that has a someone that just moved in with them from another state. They just found out that the person has (they think) 7 pending felonys and a couple more stuff pending. My question is are they allowed to leave the pending state and go into another one? Also how could they get this person out without them knowing it was them? They are staying in Louisiana and they have stuff pending in Indiana

Re: Pending Felonys

Since you are not the "someone who has a someone", you should get all the vital stats on the other "someone." Then you report to the police in Louisiana where they are living that you suspect the guy may be wanted in Indiana. Give then his social security number, name, date of birth and any other information you can gather and they will check on whether he is wanted. If he is not wanted, then they can't do much. If they cannot do anything, then the first "someone" needs to ask them to leave or file to evict them.
