If a person was convicted by a federal judge who is impeached what happens to there case.

Nothing. If the person believes that the reason for the judge's impeachment has some bearing on her case then she can petition for a writ of habeas corpus. But the impeachment alone will not be enough to call her conviction or her sentence into question.
