Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
can a person be convicted on a MURDER charge faced with life due to lyrical words in songs . With NO Evidence just word of mouth , and is holding the person be cause of one witness and thier previous criminal record?

The prosecution has the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the person billed has committed that particular crime. Witnesses, physical evidence and circumstantial evidence could be offered. It would normally be up to a jury to decide whether the prosecution met the burden.
