if a person denied in boot camp can he get a longer sentence if he took a plea b
if a person took a plea bargain for 6 months in boot camp and was denied could he get a longer sentence on same time sentence

Yes, my understanding is a person can get into IMPACT with a sentence of 7 years or less. If he doesn't get accepted or busts out of IMPACT, then he serves the regular sentence. IMPACT is an opportunity to get out fast if he conforms, otherwise, the person serves the sentence.
