Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
If a person is friend's with someone and he or she smokes illegal drugs and stores them in their house, could the person be arrested for visiting his or her's house or being near them? This person is completely unaware their friend smokes and stores drugs in his or her's home the person regularly visits.

The major problem that I see is if they are smoking drugs, there is a chance that if they got some on their hair or breathed it, then a drug screen may show a positive. And if the person is in the house when a bust is made then the cops will assume the innocent person was involved and arrest everyone in the house.
