Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I pleaded nolo contendre to a "inteference with a police officer" charge around 20 years ago. Would this show up on a background check (for employment)?
Thanks

Probably not, but possibly. It depends on how in-depth of a search they do. Most records searches only go back 10 years, but the records do still exist and can be found if someone digs deep enough.
