Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
prison protocol
prison staff discovered hidden nude photos of me,photos were passed around by several guards infront of incoming visitors.visits with husband suspended,husband filled an appeal, now receiving nasty-threating call from a guard at the prison.what are my rights? what can i do? please help!

I don't normally recommend suing prisons, generally because the lawsuits are a smokescreen, but this is the exception. You have the right not to have your photos shown (and if they were secretly taken without your consent, even worse). Nobody has the right to make threats against you.
Consult a lawyer immediately.
