Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
probable cause
does probable cause me that there are facts that are found of a reasonable doubt or just facts that are enough to convict, because i thought that a person is inicent until proven guilty.

Probable cause and reasonable doubt are not the same thing. Probable cause is the amout of information that a police officer needs to make a proper arrest. Many people are arrested who are not guilty. Sorting them out is what criminal courts do at trial.
Proof beyond a reasonable doubt is the amount of proof American courts need to convict a person of a crime. Unless and until a person is found guilty (s)he is presumed to be innocent.
