Prohibit acts laws
Some one close to me was arrested on drug charges.In the newspaper it said they were arrested for prohibit acts schedule 2 and 3.My question is,what does prohibt acts mean?

Prohibited acts simply means their actions were prohibited by statute. Technically anything from Public Intoxication to First Degree Murder are "prohibited acts". Because of the naming of Schedules 2 & 3 of the Controlled Dangerous Substance statute, it is a drug violation.
