Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I have a public defender he pused my case to trail
the case is aggervated assult and simple battery agaist 2 people if nethier one show up case gets dropped correct or should I get a paid attorney

If you can afford an attorney you should hire one. In most jurisdictions they are overworked. On the other hand, most of them are excellent lawyers. Who you hire might or might not be better so choose carefully.
