Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I was recently arrested for solicitation of prostitution. Which was completely unjustified. After the arrest, the office found my wife's cell number on my cell phone, called my wife, told her I was arrested and gave her the details of the incident. Can the police legally do that?

They were trying to let someone know where you were. It is impossible to tell that someone was arrested without having to explain why.
