Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I've recently been charged with possesion of schedule 2. the suspected drugs were in possesion of a minor and none were found on me or the driver, but we all got charged. the officers reason for arresting the driver and i was "that was too much drugs for someone that young to have" and that he saw us passing the drugs to the minor from the front to the back, which is completely false!! also, since the arrest i've talked with the minor and the drugs weren't real and he said he told the police that the drugs were his!! how do i get these charges dropped??
