Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I recieved a MIP a few weeks ago. If the officer didnt take the beer, just poured it out, can i fight the ticket? In not can i take a class and not pay the fine?

You can always fight a ticket. I'm not sure what violation a "mip" is. It is up to the court as to what fines you have to pay or classes you can take.
